Where do you fly, great black raven, what do you seek in this cursed and forsaken world?

One of the world's most known symbols, whom wings can bring blessing or curse, war or peace, death or life. Raven.

We can meet this bird's descriptions in many myths. Have you heard about Huginn and Muninn, two ravens of Odin Allfather? These ravens accompanied him through the centuries of human's history. "Huginn" means "the thinking one", "Muninn" means "the remembering one". They are collecting information about all, what exists in the Nine Worlds, so Odin can always know what's happening in his kingdom. In some legends these ravens can talk, in some they are just the embodiment of Odin's omnipresent mind. We can't exactly say, where is the truth, so enough about Scandinavian myths.

Ravens accompanied Apollo, Hecate, Helios, Athena, raven named Kuth was an ancestor of some ithelmen's tribes, ravens brought a food to the prophet Ilya. It seems that raven's symbol was everywhere, where this bird lived. In Tibet, by the way, ravens were the blessed petrels: they started to shout and fly as the storm was nearby their nests. People mentioned it and they were much thankful to ravens.

Shamans all over the world worship ravens as a mighty totem and the guardian of one, who wears some raven's symbolics. Raven's totem usually according to a strong, sometimes cold one, but wise people, who can travel through the worlds, death and life, like this bird.

We wanted to respect ravens and carved this skulls from the wood to some special people, who cant or just don't want to wear real raven's skull, so the raven's might could be always with you.
