Easy and Honest Return Policy

We do our best to ensure each order reaches you safely and matches your expectations. Below you’ll find all the information about our return and refund policy, including what to do if your parcel arrives damaged or gets lost in transit.


🔁 Can I Return My Order?

We do not generally accept returns after the parcel has been shipped, unless the item is lost or arrives damaged. However, we do make rare exceptions:

  • If you request a cancellation before the parcel is shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.

  • If the parcel has already been delivered, a refund is possible only in cases of loss or damage (see details below).

  • We may accept a return if:

    • The item was not used

    • It is not damaged

    • It is in its original packaging

    • In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and only the product cost is refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable).


📦 Damaged or Lost Parcel?

If your figurine arrives damaged or your parcel is lost, we’re here to help — but the process depends on courier investigation.

  • In cases of damage or loss caused by the postal carrier, we initiate a refund process through the shipping provider.

  • This may take up to 30 business days, depending on the courier’s resolution time.

  • Once confirmed, we will either:

    • Issue a full refund, or

    • Ship a replacement item (if the customer agrees), at no additional cost.

To qualify for compensation due to damage:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • If the package is visibly damaged on arrival, open it in front of the courier and request a damage report.

  • If no courier is present, please send photos or videos of the damaged packaging and item.

  4. Refunds are processed promptly once the item is returned or the courier confirms liability.
