BASIC TERMS OF OUR SERVICES

  • Production: usually 3–10 business days. In-stock items ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • Delivery: usually 2–4 weeks after dispatch. Australia, New Zealand, and Canada may take longer.

  • Tracking: sent by email after dispatch. Track your parcel at https://track.ukrposhta.en/

  • Import charges: prepaid where DDP/PDDP is available. Any unpaid destination charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Receiving the parcel: provide the correct address, monitor tracking, and collect the parcel on time.

  • Unclaimed parcels: after the parcel returns to us, we can refund the product price or resend it. Original, return, and new shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Damage or our error: free replacement or full refund, including shipping. Report visible damage within 48 hours and keep all packaging.

  • Returns: eligible standard, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days. Change-of-mind shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • Cancellation: available within 24 hours of purchase. Custom changes require approval before purchase.

  • Natural wood: grain, color, texture, weight, and density vary. Height may vary by approximately 2–5 mm.

  • Indoor use only.

  • Keep dry and away from humidity and prolonged direct sunlight.

  • Do not hit, bend, crush, or apply excessive force.

  • Clean with a dry, soft cloth or brush. Use a lightly damp cloth only on varnished surfaces and dry immediately.
