BASIC TERMS OF OUR SERVICES

- This product is created to order: creation time 4-8 weeks from the date of purchase.
- Delivery by international postal service by air. Estimated time 2-6 weeks. Worldwide shipping.
- Follow the movement of the package yourself in the order menu.
- If for some reason you did not pick up the parcel when it was delivered to your city and the parcel returned back, re-delivery is at your expense.
- If the product will be delivered to you with damage or it will be the wrong product, we can re-send it at our own expense or refund.
- We don`t accept order cancellations. If you placed an order, we will create it and send it to you anyway.
- Temporarily, we don`t accept individual orders and changes.
- The design of Blagowood wooden products is a one-of-a-kind artwork created by Mihaylo Melnichuk and our team! Copying is prohibited without consent.
- The color may be slightly different from what you see in the photo.

- To avoid damage, do not hit, bend, crush, or break this product;
- Please do not wet this product;
- Dust or dirt can be removed with a dry cloth or brush. If the product is varnished, you can wipe the product with a damp cloth.
