Dear customers, please note that almost all of our products are being created to order. On average, it is 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Correct information about this is indicated at the description of the product.
Delivery time is summarized with the time the product creating, and are indicated in the description of the product.
We ship our products from Ukraine.
Worldwide shipping over 140 countries.
Delivery time may take from 1 week to 8 weeks. It all depends on the type of delivery you choose. Also, the distance to your country from Ukraine affects the delivery time. Also, sometimes there are delays with delivery during the holidays, interruptions of the postal service, emergency situations.
If your package has not been delivered to you within 8 weeks from the date of sending the package, we will refund you or resend the package.
- Standard delivery weighing up to 2 kilograms is sent by the international postal service as a "small package."
A "small package" is registered as a gift and is not taxed in most countries. This is the cheapest type of international delivery.
But sometimes there are exceptions when customs can tax this package. We cannot control this. And we cannot be responsible for any additional costs on your part.
Orders with a total weight of more than two kilograms are sent as a “Parcel” with the announced value. Such packages may be taxed by your country's customs. The amount of tax depends on the laws of your country, and we are not responsible for additional costs.
- Fast delivery is carried out by such services as (UPS, DShL). Such delivery works in limited countries. In this case, complete information about the product is attached to the package. Parcels may be taxed by your country's customs.
This shipping method is more expensive, but it is the fastest.
As soon as your order is created the goods will be packed in bubble wrap and a cardboard box, and we will send it to you by international postal service by air.
You will receive notification about your order on mail indicated upon purchase. (please check spam not to lose information about sending your package).
From this point you should monitor the movement of the package yourself using track number indicated in the letter of dispatch (example RA097111000UA).

When tracking a package, information is often not updated for a long time.
This means that the parcel left my country and arrived at the customs warehouse of your country where many other parcels are located and they must be registered. Often this takes a lot of time.
As soon as your parcel is registered there, information on this will appear on the site and within a few days, the parcel will be delivered to your city.
In most cases, delivery takes 2 weeks from the date of shipment.
But if you use Standart delivery in some countries and situations it happens when delivery can take a long time 5 or 8 weeks.
In my experience, delays most often occur in Australia and Canada.
There are also delays on big holidays, such as Christmas or problem with the weather or the bad work of post offices. This can affect most countries.
If there is a delay in your package, don't worry.
Follow the package in your personal account and be sure that the package will arrive to you.

IN WHICH CASES IS OUR STORE (WE) NOT RESPONSIBLE?
- We are not responsible for the delivery time, as well as for how the postal workers will relate to the box with your goods;
- We are not responsible for tracking your package. But we can help you figure it out.
- We are not responsible for how the parcel will be delivered to you personally after arrival in your country.
- We are not responsible if the customs of your country require additional taxes. Each country has different rules and we physically cannot know them.
- We are not responsible if the courier did not find you at home or did not leave you a note about the parcel, and after that the parcel returned to our country. You must track the package yourself.
- We are not responsible for managing the parcel after it has left our country (as soon as the parcel leaves the customs office of our country, the parcel will be transferred to the postal service of your country and from that moment all calls, communication with postal representatives, or correspondence with them should be conducted by buyer)

1. SELLER WARRANTY.
- The seller guarantees that all products in the store are as described.
An exception may be the size of the goods in inches, (since the conversion of centimeters to inches may be inaccurate).
Also, in some cases, the color or tone of the product may vary slightly.
- The seller is responsible for the safe packaging of the goods, as well as for the exact indication of the address of the recipient that is indicated by him (her) at the time of purchase.
- The seller is responsible for the conformity of the quantity and appearance of the goods to what is indicated on the purchase card when sent to the buyer.
- The seller is responsible for the integrity of the goods during delivery (the product must come to the buyer without damage)

3. IN WHICH CASE A REFUND IS POSSIBLE?
- If the seler was unable to create his order in the specified lines, you can request a refund. (Sometimes it happens that the parcel was sent on time, but information about this was not entered in the orders menu, in this case no refund will be charged).
- Refund is possible if the goods arrived in a damaged condition. Or the seller can re-create and send the goods to you at his own expense.
- If another product came to you by mistake, you can request a refund or exchange at the seller’s expense.
- Refund is possible if you have not received your shipment within 6 weeks from the date of shipment.
4. WHEN CASE REFUND MONEY IS IMPOSSIBLE?
- Refund is not possible for erroneous purchases. This is due to the difficulties of working with PayPal in my country. If you bought our product by accident, or someone did it from your account with or without your consent, we do not refund it. In this case, the goods will be created and sent to you in any case.
