This wooden figurine is designed with a flat back and features a special loop/hook, allowing it to be easily mounted on a wall.

This handcrafted wooden figurine portrays Freya, a central and complex deity within Norse mythology. Known as a goddess of love, beauty, fertility, war, and seiðr (magic), Freya is a Vanir goddess who is also a formidable warrior and a mistress of destiny. She is the leader of the Valkyries and presides over her hall, Fólkvangr, where she receives half of the warriors slain in battle. This meticulously carved wooden piece offers an inspiring presence, ideal for adding a touch of mythical elegance to a collection, enhancing a home's decor, or serving as a powerful focal point for those drawn to feminine strength and mystical arts.

In this depiction, Freya is distinctively shown wearing her magical feather cloak, known as the Falcon Cloak (Valshamr). This renowned attribute is more than just an item of clothing; it symbolizes her incredible ability to transform into a falcon and traverse realms, particularly between the world of men and the divine. The cloak represents freedom, shapeshifting, and the power to influence events from a distance, allowing her to journey to other worlds or aid those in need. This detailed cloak emphasizes her enchanting and formidable nature, highlighting her command over both earthly and mystical domains.
