This beautifully handcrafted wooden figurine of the goddess Gaia captures her nurturing and life-giving qualities, embodying the profound connection between the Earth and all living things. As the primordial Greek Earth Mother, Gaia is the ultimate source of creation, sustaining all existence with her boundless energy and love.

Gaia is depicted sitting gracefully in a lotus position, a posture of serenity and spiritual balance, while embracing the planet Earth, powerfully symbolizing her role as the mother of all life and her inseparable bond with the world. The moon rests gently on her shoulders, representing the eternal cycles of nature, the ebb and flow of life, and the celestial influences on Earth. In the center of her chest, a butterfly exquisitely signifies transformation, renewal, and the delicate beauty of life, highlighting Gaia's profound power to foster growth and continuous change. The most striking feature of this wooden figurine is the detailed depiction of a woman's womb and uterus, overtly symbolizing the source of life, creation, and the fertile power from which all beings emerge. This intricate detail profoundly emphasizes Gaia's role as the ultimate nurturer and life-giver, illustrating the deep and sacred bond she shares with the Earth and all its creatures.
