This handcrafted wooden statue magnificently depicts Ishtar (also known as Inanna), the powerful and multifaceted Mesopotamian Goddess of Love, War, Fertility, and Justice. As one of the most prominent deities of ancient Mesopotamia, Ishtar embodies both nurturing passion and fierce, protective strength, a true Queen of Heaven.

This statue captures Ishtar as a winged goddess, symbolizing her divine, transcendent nature and her ability to traverse realms. She holds sacred symbols in both hands, embodying her powerful and multifaceted dominion over various aspects of human existence. Above her head, the moon and a star prominently symbolize her divine connection to the heavens, celestial power, and guidance. She is accompanied by two owls, representing wisdom, keen sight in darkness, and protection. At her feet, a lion and lioness powerfully symbolize her strength, dominance, fierce protection, and royal authority. This wooden statue beautifully captures the essence and profound attributes of Ishtar, making it a captivating and meaningful addition to your home or sacred altar.

I will definitely buy more from this seller and I can strongly recommend them!

Beautiful product just as described.

I am very happy with it, especially because it was hard for me to find a depiction of her that aligns with the burney relief AND does not falsely mix lilith with inana!

The Idol of Inanna is so beautiful and well crafted. Looks perfect on my shrine.

This is a beautiful piece. Very lightweight and sturdy. Live the scent of the stain. Beautiful detail.

This is a beautifully handcrafted wooden statute of the Sumerian goddess Inanna made to order. It contains meticulous and historically accurate details. The statue is approximately 9 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Shipping was done in a timely manner from Ukraine. I’m very pleased with my transaction!

My order was shipped fast; it took understandably some additional time to arrive to its destination, but I am so happy that it reached me in perfect condition. The wrapping was great and even the packet didn't suffer during transit.
I am a repeat customer from this shop, and I am always in awe before the beauty and the evocation of the wooden statues that are produced by this workshop.
What I got definitely matches the description and pictures and they couldn't be more perfect - the detailing, the care to little things and the depiction of the deities and their attributes are spot-on!

gorgeous statue! it actually arrived faster than I expected considering what's going on in Ukraine right now. I already have her proudly displayed on her altar.

Blagowood is without a doubt a master craftsman. I have purchased many of Blagowood's creations, and every one is detailed to a nearly immeasurable level. This Ishtar statue is no exception. She is absolutely beautiful, carved with her ever-present owls and lions. Absolutely gorgeous!

Love this seller, have never been disappointed! This statue is no exception, just wonderful!

Blagowood is without compare. This is something like the fourth or fifth piece I’ve bought from Blagowood, and I’m always beyond pleased with the artistry, quality, and craftsmanship that go into these statues. I really couldn’t be happier.

Beautiful and great quality. Shipping prediction was accurate!

Hübsch, aber klein. Maßlos überteuert.

High quality work. Arrived well wrapped.

A high-quality beautiful piece. I’m very happy with my purchase.

My Inanna statue looks exactly as pictured. It’s been tricky finding the right statue that doesn’t have any connotations with other goddesses, like Lilith. She now has a home on my altar.

Beautiful handiwork amd craftsmanship. This will be a beautiful dedicatory statue to Inanna

Gorgeous statue, very well made. Looks exactly as pictured.
