This handcrafted wooden figurine portrays Elen of the Ways, the revered horned goddess of pathways, forests, sovereignty, and wild nature. Considered one of the oldest Celtic goddesses, Elen is deeply associated with the ancient trackways that weave through the land, guiding travelers, animals, and spirits. Her presence is honored across druidic traditions, making this statue a powerful addition to any druid altar cloth, druid wall hanging, or sacred natural space. As a symbol of life, movement, and sovereignty, she is also cherished within Wiccan traditions and celebrated as a true green goddess.
In this depiction, Elen of the Ways stands upon a woodland path deep within a vibrant forest. She is surrounded by trees, vines, leaves, and the subtle presence of forest flora and fauna, emphasizing her connection to wild landscapes and the living realm. In her arms, she gently holds a deer—one of her sacred creatures—symbolizing grace, guardianship, and the harmony between the horned goddess and the animal world. This scene captures her as the protector of pathways and guardian of all who journey through the natural world, blending mythic serenity with the ancient spirit of the forest.
Blending traditional druid artwork with naturalistic symbolism, this mythological statue is ideal for practitioners seeking authentic representations of Celtic lore, admirers of forest goddess decor, collectors of wiccan statues, and those who value deeply rooted earth spirituality. As a wall hung sculpture, it also fits beautifully into nature-themed interiors and ritual environments.
This wooden figurine is designed with a flat back and features a special loop/hook, allowing it to be easily mounted on a wall.
