This handcrafted wooden figurine beautifully embodies Brigid the Healer, a vital aspect of the Celtic goddess Brigid. Beyond her fiery inspiration and mastery of the forge, Brigid is also deeply revered for her profound healing abilities, compassion, and connection to the restorative powers of nature. This meticulously carved wooden piece, painted with a patina effect and varnished to enhance its beauty, emanates a nurturing and comforting presence, making it a perfect addition to a personal collection, a serene decorative accent for a home, or a sacred focal point on an altar.
In this compassionate portrayal, Brigid the Healer is depicted cradling a rabbit in her hands. This gentle animal is a powerful symbol of fertility, renewal, and spring, directly linking her to the regenerative cycles of nature and the promise of new life and healing. At her feet, a lush plant represents her innate healing powers and her deep connection to the earth's bounty, emphasizing her ability to offer comfort, restoration, and well-being. This particular figurine is designed as one of three pieces in a special collection, honoring the multifaceted aspects of this revered Celtic goddess.

As shown in photos but they don’t do the detail work justice… Really adore this piece!
Lovely craft work. Really fine details. The natural wood gives a great tone to the piece with a natural texture behind the carving. Beautiful piece.
