Depth: 4 cm (1.6”)

This wooden figurine is designed with a flat back and features a special loop/hook, allowing it to be easily mounted on a wall.

This handcrafted wooden figurine dynamically captures Fenrir, the colossal and prophesied wolf of Norse mythology. Son of the trickster god Loki and the giantess Angrboða, Fenrir is a creature of immense power, destined to play a central role in the apocalyptic events of Ragnarök. He embodies the raw, untamed forces of destruction and the inevitable unfolding of fate. This meticulously carved wooden piece offers a dramatic presence, perfect for adding a powerful, mythologically significant element to a collection, enhancing home decor, or serving as an impactful focal point for those drawn to tales of primordial might.

In this striking depiction, Fenrir is positioned against the backdrop of Asgard, illustrating a pivotal moment as he breaks free from the chains that once bound him. This imagery directly references the gods' futile attempts to contain him, culminating in his eventual escape from the magical fetter Gleipnir, heralding the onset of Ragnarök. His posture conveys his readiness to devour the sun and moon, a foretold act during the twilight of the gods. At the feet of this gargantuan beast stands Odin upon his steed, illustrating their fated, climactic battle during Ragnarök. These collective attributes underscore Fenrir's untamable strength, his role as a bringer of cosmic change, and his legendary confrontation with the Allfather, capturing a truly epic moment in Norse myth.

Exactly as shown

Gorgeous work, I was very happy with the quality. Looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I love that they come with a little hanging hook on the back, so I have the option to stand them or place them on the walls. Either way they look beautiful.

This made an amazing gift. The quality was perfect and looks beautiful on display

Un excelente artículo hermosa obra y de muy buena calidad

Beautiful design. Some of the smaller details are a little simplified, but this was intentional because the wolf is the central focus and tales up most of the piece. So the smaller, background elements will have less details. That being said the whole piece is incredibly well made and looks great.

It was well packaged and shipped quickly. I recommend this seller.
