This beautifully handcrafted wooden bust of Freya, the revered Norse Goddess of Love, Beauty, Fertility, War, and Seidr (magic), is designed in the ancient decorative style with intricate Scandinavian carving. Freya is a powerful and multifaceted deity, embodying both allure and formidable strength, a leader of the Valkyries and mistress of magic.
The intricate Scandinavian carvings enhance the statue’s cultural and artistic richness. This bust features her iconic attributes: the enchanting necklace Brísingamen, a symbol of her beauty, divine power, and perhaps even cosmic cycles. Her loyal cats are depicted, symbolizing protection, companionship, and her ability to traverse realms. Her magical feather cloak (Falkhamr), which allows her to shape-shift into a falcon, represents freedom, transformation, and her mastery of magic. This wooden bust is a captivating representation of Freya’s divine attributes, beautifully embodying the essence of her nurturing yet powerful nature, making it a perfect addition to your home or sacred altar.

Beautiful carving of Freyja. The details are amazing and the piece carries a strong northern presence. It feels powerful and already has a place on my altar. Hail Freyja, and thank you for such meaningful work.
Beautiful statue of goddess Freya exquisitely carved with beautiful detail. I've bought other statues from Blagowood, and I recommend them highly.
It's a great carving, very detailed. Love it.
Gorgeous product just as described.
The piece isn't bad, but the texture and staining are a bit muddy. It also claims to come from the Ukraine, but it arrived quickly from Hollywood, CA. This is print on demand.
