Norse God Loki. Natural wooden figurine. Pagan dietiy.

    Material: Natural wood
    Height: 21 cm (8.3”)
    Width: 8 cm (3.1”)
    Depth: 4 cm (1.6”)
Finish: Protective lacquer with antique patina
Handmade: Yes, carved by hand in Ukraine
Suitable for: altars, ritual spaces and mythology collections

This wooden figurine is designed with a flat back and features a special loop/hook, allowing it to be easily mounted on a wall.

This handcrafted wooden figurine vividly depicts Loki, the infamous trickster god of Norse mythology, strongly associated with fire, magic, and mischief. As a jötunn by birth but accepted among the Æsir, Loki is a complex and unpredictable figure, known for his cunning intellect, shapeshifting abilities, and his pivotal role in both aiding and antagonizing the gods. This meticulously carved wooden piece captures his dynamic and often chaotic essence, making it a captivating addition to a personal collection, a distinctive decorative accent for a home, or an intriguing focal point for those drawn to the more nuanced figures of myth.

In this portrayal, Loki is shown in a playful and mischievous pose, exuding his characteristic charm and cunning. While specific "fun poses" aren't prescribed in the myths, this artistic interpretation emphasizes his well-known propensity for pranks and stirring chaos. This depiction aims to bring to life his unpredictable nature, balancing his ability to delight with his tendency to disrupt. The essence conveyed is that of a deity who thrives on change and challenge, embodying the dynamic interplay of order and disorder central to the Norse cosmos.

Special Note: As each figurine is handcrafted from natural wood, subtle variations in wood grain and minor details may occur, making your piece truly one-of-a-kind. If this item is not immediately available in stock, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be created and dispatched. Please note that shipping time will be additional to the creation period.

(shipping error was NOT due to the seller haha let me clarify that first)

Loki did not show up at my house when he was scheduled to do so.. No doubt due to his shenanigans. I then had to go on a hunt to try and figure out where he went. When I finally figured out which post office he was at, I go there, only to have to wait a half hour while two people try and search for my package in like 5 different areas of the post office. A certain trickster god was probably laughing his @ss off the whole time. But eventually I was able to bring him home and get him set up in his altar.

The quality of this carving is just incredible, and I'm in love with this figurine. It was definitely well worth the wait, and anyone would be lucky to have a carving like this in their altar 💜

Was very excited to see a genderfluid version of Loki. The designs and knots are detailed and the symbolism in the statue itself are distinct.

Very happy with how wonderful this statue looks!

Amazing work!! The details are fantastic and the wood is really smooth. It's good to see a representation of Loki that doesn't look like the Marvel character. I totally love this statue. Congratulations to the artist!!
