This handcrafted wooden statue magnificently depicts Odin, the All-Father and chief deity in Norse mythology. Revered as the god of wisdom, war, poetry, and magic, Odin tirelessly seeks knowledge and presides over Valhalla, embodying supreme authority and mystical power.
Set against the majestic backdrop of Yggdrasil, the World Tree, which connects all nine realms, Odin's profound connection to the cosmos is emphasized. He is surrounded by large runes, symbolizing his deep connection to magic, hidden knowledge, and ancient wisdom. In the image of a hooded traveler, Odin leans on his legendary magic spear, Gungnir, exuding a sense of mystery, boundless power, and unwavering determination. At his feet are his loyal wolves: Geri, symbolizing insatiable hunger and ferocity, and Freki, representing fury and an equally ravenous appetite, both embodying his wild, untamed aspects and his loyal companions. Accompanying him are his ravens, Huginn (Thought) and Muninn (Memory), perched near him, representing the vast knowledge and information he gathers from across the realms. This wooden statue beautifully captures the multifaceted nature of Odin, making it a captivating addition to your home or sacred altar.
