This wooden figurine is designed with a flat back and features a special loop/hook, allowing it to be easily mounted on a wall.
This handcrafted wooden figurine exquisitely depicts Fortune, the timeless goddess of luck, destiny, and prosperity, a prominent figure across various ancient mythologies, particularly Roman. Represented as a powerful yet often unpredictable force, Fortune embodies the capricious nature of fate and the sudden shifts between success and hardship. This meticulously carved wooden piece brings a compelling and inspiring presence, making it a significant addition to a personal collection, an intriguing decorative accent for a home, or a meaningful focal point on an altar.
In this portrayal, Fortune is distinctively blindfolded, symbolizing her impartiality and the idea that luck can strike anyone, regardless of their status or merit. In her hands, she holds a cornucopia overflowing with money, a universal symbol of abundance, wealth, and endless prosperity. These attributes collectively capture the essence of Fortune's dual nature: she is both unpredictable, governing the whims of chance, and incredibly generous, capable of bestowing immense wealth and good fortune. This depiction perfectly encapsulates her role as the powerful arbiter of destiny and prosperity.
Special Note: As each figurine is handcrafted from natural wood, subtle variations in wood grain and minor details may occur, making your piece truly one-of-a-kind. If this item is not immediately available in stock, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be created and dispatched. Please note that shipping time will be additional to the creation period.
